Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to present information about the proposed project and collect feedback and input from surrounding property owners/residents so that any issues raised may be considered before a formal Administrative Approval and Architectural Review Board application is submitted to the City of Santa Monica Planning Division. Project representatives such as the owner/developer, architect and land use consultant will be present to answer any questions.

Project Description:

Proposed eight (8)-story residential building with a total of 232 residential units (24 deed-restricted affordable units) with three (3) levels of subterranean parking and two providing a total of 306 parking stalls with an ample amount of residential amenity areas and common and private open space.
